THE ADOPTION OF REPRESENTATIONS; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE Staff Summary: The second City Council in November falls the day before Thanksgiving. In addition, the second meeting in
December falls just three (3) days prior to Christmas. Traditionally, City Council has cancelled these meeting to allow its members, staff and residents to travel during this period.
If something critical should arise, it is always possible to call a special Council meeting. Proposed Action: That City Council approve the resolution canceling the November 24 and December
