ADOPTION OF REPRESENTATIONS; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE Staff Summary Background The City Council holds Zoning Meetings on the first Wednesday of each month. The next scheduled Zoning
Meeting is December 2, 2009. Current Situation There are no public hearings advertised or scheduled for the December 2nd Zoning Meeting date. Therefore, there is no need to hold the
meeting. The two (2) zoning related items, the extensions of the moratoriums for both multi‐family housing rezoning and places of public assembly can be heard at the regular City Council
meeting on December 9, 2009. Proposed Action: Staff recommends that the City Council adopt a resolution to cancel the December 2, 2009 Zoning Meeting. 11/10/2009 City Council Meeting
