MEMORANDUMS OF UNDERSTANDING FOR OPERATIONS AT THE CITY OF MIAMI GARDENS POLICE DEPARTMENT, THAT HAVE NO FINANCIAL IMPACT TO THE CITY; PROVIDING FOR THE ADOPTION OF REPRESENTATIONS;
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE Staff Summary: In order for the Miami Gardens Police Department to effectively operate and conduct investigations, it is necessary that Memorandums of Understanding
(MOU) be enacted with various law enforcement agencies and service providers such as the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, insurance companies and other governmental agencies. The
City Council has previously authorized the City Manager to execute MOUs related to Mutual Aide with other law enforcement agencies and at this time it is requested that the City Manager
be authorized to execute operational MOUs that have no financial ITEM K-14) CONSENT AGENDA RESOLUTION Signing MGPD MOUs w/no fiscal impact

timely manner thus increasing its effectiveness. Proposed Action: That the City Council authorize the City Manager to execute Memorandums of Understanding for operational purposes that
