FOR THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING OCTOBER 1, 2011, THROUGH SEPTEMBER 30, 2012; ESTABLISHING THE ROLLBACK RATE; RATE; SETTING A DATE AND TIME FOR A FINAL PUBLIC HEARING TO ADOPT THE FINAL
MILLAGE RATE; PROVIDING FOR DIRECTIONS TO THE CITY CLERK; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Staff Summary: This is a public hearing and approval setting the final millage rate for
FY 11‐12 budgetary year. The operating millage rate is established at 6.5616 for fiscal year beginning October 1, 2011. Proposed Action: Recommend Council approval of the budget resolution.
