Staff Summary: Pursuant to Section 2.1(b) of the City’s Charter, the City Council is to select a Vice-Mayor, who is to serve a term of no more than two (2) years. On February 24, 2010 a Vice-Mayor Campbell was appointed for a two year term which has ended. It is now necessary for the City Council to appoint a Council member to serve as Vice-Mayor.
