OF MIAMI GARDENS, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING AN ADMINISTRATIVE FEE FOR UNSAFE STRUCTURES HEARINGS; PROVIDING FOR THE ADOPTION OF REPRESENTATIONS; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Staff Summary:
The City Council has adopted Ordinance No. 2012‐05‐278, relating to unsafe structures, and in accordance with Ordinance No. 2012‐05278 it is necessary and appropriate for the City to
establish an administrative fee for unsafe structures hearings. It is anticipated, that unsafe structures hearings and the process involved will require a great deal of staff time in
preparing and processing of cases, and most cases are likely to require a minimum of two (2) hearings. It is being recommended by staff that an administrative fee in the amount of Two
Hundred Dollars ($200.00) be charged in each case. Proposed Action: Staff recommends the Council adopts the attached resolution establishing an administrative fee in the amount of Two
