HomeMy WebLinkAbout2003-46 WAIVER OF PLAT APPLICATION FOR 177 TER AND NW 22 AVE1 RESOLUTION NO. 2003- 46 2 3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI GARDENS, 4 FLORIDA; APPROVING A WAIVER OF PLAT APPLICATION 5 FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 177™ TERRACE AND NW 6 22^*^ AVENUE, AS MOl^ FULLY DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT "A"; 7 PROVIDING FOR THE CITY MANAGER TO DO ALL THINGS 8 NECESSARY TO EFFECTUATE THIS RESOLUTION; 9 PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. 10 11 WHEl^AS, Gary and Francina Bolden has filed a Waiver of Plat application 12 with Miami-Dade County; and 13 14 WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the Waiver of Plat described in 15 Exhibit "A" herein meet all requirements of Chapter 28 of the Code of Miami Dade 16 County. 17 18 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF 19 THE CITY OF MIAMI GARDENS, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS; 20 21 Section 1. Recitals. The foregoing recitals are true and correct and are incorporated 22 herein by references as if they fully set forth herein. 23 24 Section 2. Approval Waiver of Plat. The City Council hereby approves the waiver of 25 plat application with conditions set forth therein; that the approval of the waiver of plat is 26 not a waiver of any zoning regulations and that this approval is conditioned upon proper 27 execution of all docixments required by the City Attorney's office. 28 29 Section 3. Authoritv of Citv Manager. The City Manager is hereby authorized to do 30 all things necessary to effectuate this Resolution. 31 32 Section 4. Effective Date.
