of Ludwig (Lud) Bohler. Lud established the Firm in New
Jersey over thirty years ago, providing site civil engineering
and planning services for retail and industrial companies. Through a unique approach to quality, and a passion for its clients’ objectives, Bohler Engineering quickly became the
leader in providing professional services to several Fortune
100 companies. This client-first perspective became the
foundation for the Firm’s upcoming growth. Bohler’s organic expansion is the result of existing clients
requesting that the Firm establish operations in key major

second office in Pennsylvania and soon expanded into the Boston, New York, Baltimore, and DC metro areas. Through the Firm’s entrepreneurial focus, Bohler has
established highly successful relationships in all facets of
the development process from clients and professionals to
regulatory agencies.
Bohler’s client driven expansion has facilitated the Firm’s
exposure to the local development community throughout
our footprint. Knowledge, speed, and strategic approach
have led local developers to Bohler to execute their next project. Operating from 23 offices across the US, Bohler’s staff of 600+ design professionals carries the mission of the
Firm’s clients forward in retail, mixed-use, office, industrial,
