Three (3) proposals from the short-listed firms were received and publically read: Di Pompeo Construction Corporation; Recreational Design & Construction, Inc.; and West Construction, Inc. An Evaluation Committee meeting was held on January 26, 2016. All three (3) firms were both responsive and responsible to the requirements in the RFP. After vendor interviews, evaluation and scoring, the Evaluation Committee deemed Recreational Design & Construction, Inc. as the first-ranked firm (Exhibit 1). The Evaluation Committee's recommendation for award is to Recreational Design & Construction, Inc.
