Since that time it has become necessary to amend Ordinance No. 2003‐11, to include additional departments that have been created since 2003 as well as capture organizational changes. Proposed Action: That the City Council approve the attached ordinance amending Ordinance No.2003‐11 , establishing the operational departments.
