2 Millage Resolution Florida statutes provide the procedure for the adoption of the City’s budget and proposed millage. The first advertised millage resolution was heard at the September
8th City Council meeting. This is the second millage resolution to be heard at the September 21st meeting. This resolution reflects the calculated roll-back rate of 5.3734. Recommendation:
RECOMMENDATION: I recommend that City Council approve the final millage resolution setting the millage rate for FY 09-10 at 5.3734 mills per $1,000 taxable value. Attachment: Page 4
