A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI GARDENS, FLORIDA, AWARDING INVITATION TO BID
(ITB) NO. 22-23-032, AUTOBODY COLLISION REPAIR
SERVICES, TO DJ AUTO COLLISION CENTER, INC,
WILDSTEIN BROTHERS, LLC, D/B/A TROPICAL COLLISION
CENTER, AND WORLD MOTOR CORPORATION;
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ISSUE PURCHASE
ORDER(S) AS NEEDED NOT TO EXCEED THE BUDGETED
AMOUNTS PROVIDING FOR THE ADOPTION OF
REPRESENTATIONS; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, on July 18, 2023, staff issued Invitation to Bid (ITB) NO. 22-23-032
Autobody Collision Repair Services that was solicited via Bidsync, and
WHEREAS, on August 17, 2023 three (3) bids were received from DJ Auto
Collision Center, Inc., Wildstein Brothers, LLC, d/b/a Tropical Collision Center, and World
Motor Corporation and each proposal was publicly read, and
WHEREAS, the Office of Procurement Management staff reviewed the bid
submittals for responsiveness and responsibility and completed the bid tabulation, and
WHEREAS, all three firms were deemed compliant with the requirements of the
solicitation, and
WHEREAS, sufficient funding for Autobody Collision Repair Services is available
in account 001-19-03-519-460-00, and
WHEREAS, City Staff recommends that the City Council award Invitation to Bid
No. 22-23-032, Autobody Collision Repair Services, to DJ Auto Collision Center, Inc,
Wildstein Brothers, LLC, d/b/a Tropical Collision Center, and World Motor Corporation
and authorize the City Manager to issue Purchase Order(s) as needed not to exceed the
budgeted amounts,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI GARDENS, FLORIDA AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: ADOPTION OF REPRESENTATIONS: The foregoing Whereas
paragraphs are hereby ratified and confirmed as being true, and the same are hereby
made a specific part of this Resolution.
Section 2: AUTHORIZATION: The City Council of the City of Miami Gardens
hereby awards Invitation to Bid (ITB) No. 22-23-032, Autobody Collision Repair Services,
to DJ Auto Collision Center, Inc, Wildstein Brothers, LLC, d/b/a Tropical Collision Center,
and World Motor Corporation. Further, the City Council of the City of Miami Gardens

hereby authorizes the City Manager to issue Purchase Order(s) as needed not to exceed
the budgeted amounts.
Section 3: EFFECTIVE DATE: This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
its final passage.

AT ITS REGULAR MEETING HELD ON OCTOBER 11, 2023.
