PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Staff Summary: In accordance with the establishment of the Caribbean Affairs Advisory Committee, Councilman André Williams hereby submits his appointee for
membership in accordance with Ordinance No. 09‐11‐183, Section (2) (c). Effective upon ratification, the committee will recognize Keith Jennings as an appointee of Councilman André Williams.
The appointed members of the Committee will advise and make recommendations to the City Council on issues relating to the Caribbean and persons of Caribbean descent, including: preserve
and enhance the Caribbean culture within the City; promote greater appreciation and awareness of the culture ITEM K-7) CONSENT AGENDA RESOLUTION Advisory Board Appointment

monitoring projects at several concourses at MIA, in active passenger and cargo areas .1 conducted water and soil sampling for contamination at both MIA and FT Lauderdale International
Airport all these operations required close coordination with the Airport security officials for ramp access and escorts. I managed and supervised all activities in the installation
of environmental equipment for the implementation of a Remedial Action Plan, at MIA. I assisted in the environmental assessment of the original high rise parking garage at Ft. Lauderdale
