COMMISSION FOR WOMEN FOR A TERM OF THREE (3) YEARS; PROVIDING FOR THE ADOPTION OF REPRESENTATIONS; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Staff Summary: In accordance with the establishment of
the Commission for Women committee, Councilman André Williams hereby submits his appointee for membership in accordance with the Ordinance 2008‐10‐146, Section 2 (c). For a period of
three (3) years, the committee will recognize Karen A. Tynes. Members will conduct studies reports and present recommendations to the Council, City Manager and his or her administration,
and the community. Proposed Action: That the City Council approves Councilman Andre Williams’ appointment of Karen A. Tynes to the Commission for Women Committee. ITEM K-3) CONSENT AGENDA
