City Attorney Department: Office of the City Attorney Short Title: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI GARDENS, FLORIDA, REAPPOINTING VINCENT T. BROWN TO SERVE AS THE
LEGAL ADVISOR TO THE NUISANCE ABATEMENT BOARD FOR A TWO (2) YEAR TERM; PROVIDING FOR THE ADOPTION OF REPRESENTATIONS; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Staff Summary: In accordance with
the Nuisance Abatement Board Ordinance, the City Attorney is to recommend an attorney to advise the Nuisance Abatement Board. Vincent Brown currently serves as legal advisor to the Nuisance
Abatement Board. The City Attorney recommends that the City Council reappoints Vincent T. Brown to serve as legal advisor to the Board for a two (2) year term effective on May 12, 2012.
