Staff  Summary:  Miami-Dade County has offered to sell a quarter ac re parcel of land to t he City. The parcel is adjacent to the City’s Spir it of Christ five (5 ) acre site on NW 27 th Avenue. The land is located on a strip on the west side of the City’s existing property, between existing property and a canal. ITEM K-2) CONSENT AGENDA RESOLUTION Conveyance of Property   1515  NW  167  Street, Building  5  Suite  200    Miami  Gardens, Florida  33169   The County requests payment in t he amount of Ten Dollars ($10.00) for the conveyance. This land would add significant value to the existing parcel currently ow ned by the City, by increasing setbacks and adding a quarter acre to the total acreage. A conserva tive value of this parcel is estimated to be at least Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000).  Proposed  Action:  That the City Council approves the attached Resolution. Attachment: 1- Map
