On Februar y 9, 2010, the Friends of Miami Gardens, Inc. was incorporated for this purpose. Upon its incor poration, a Board of Directors was formed. Pursuant to the Arti cles of Incorporation, the Mayo r and City Council are to jointly appoint individuals to the intitial Board of Directors. Mayor O liver Gilbert recommends that the City Council appoint Danny Felton to the Board of Directors of the Friends of Miami Gardens, Inc.   ADD ON ITEM-1 RESOLUTION: Board Appointment   1515  NW  167  Street, Building  5  Suite  200    Miami  Gardens, Florida  33169    Proposed  Action:  Mayor Oliver Gilbert recommends that the City Council adopt the attached Resolution.  Attachment:
