FOUNDATION INC.; PROVIDING FOR THE ADOPTION OF
REPRESENTATIONS; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
Staff Summary:
S.E.E. Foundation Inc. is a 501(c )(3) not for profit organization created to present a community
based resource that provides services to the special needs population. Additional support
include nutritional education, tutoring for at risk children, computer training, health educaton,
behavior services training, crisis management training, fitness and recreationa activities.

S.E.E. offers special events that foster community integration. Furthermore, their programming
provides nurturing environments that encourage individuals to promote health life styles, and
embrace their difference.
S.E.E.’s initiatives consist of three components: Sociaization, Educaton and Employment.
Councilman Ighodaro is requesting financial support in the amount of $500.00 to be allocated
from Account No. 01-12-01-572-492, entiled Special Events.
Proposed Action
That the City Council approve the attached Resolution.
