A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
GARDENS, FLORIDA, REQUESTING THAT THE MIAMI-DADE
COUNTY PARK AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT CONTINUE TO
PROVIDE THE SAME LEVEL OF SERVICE TO THE CITY OF MIAMI
GARDENS PARKS UNTIL JANUARY 31, 2004; PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to request that the Miami-Dade Park and
Recreation Department continue to provide the same level of service to the Parks located within
the corporate boundaries of the City of Miami Gardens until January 31, 2004.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI GARDENS, FLORIDA AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: The Miami-Dade County Park and Recreation Department is hereby authorized to
continue the same level of service to the Parks located within the corporate boundaries of the
City of Miami Gardens until January 31, 2004.
Section 2: Effective Date. This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon adoption.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 19th day of November, 2003.
