Mayor Gilbert shared that he has noticed the emails from Mr. McKenzie, which he has not responded to, but eventually will. Mr. McKenzie appeared before the Council and explained, the way the webpage is built it is a link that goes from the Mayor and Council members and leads to a particular page for that Council member. The page is written for all members of the Council. Everybody has an equal page that is why staff has been waiting for launching. If each Council member does not launch there will be a message saying"under construction." Mayor Gilbert said he did not have an issue, with this. Councilwoman Robinson asked whether the each council member can provide info continuously. Mr. McKenzie said this can be done; the webpage would be a work in progress.
