HomeMy WebLinkAbout2019-262-3391 Final Plat Venetian Palm RESOLUTION NO. 2019-262-3391 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI GARDENS, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE VENETIAN PALM FINAL PLAT FOR THE PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED AT NW 159TH STREET AND BETWEEN NW 45TH AVENUE AND NW 47TH AVENUE AND SOUTH OF NW 159TH STREET, ATTACHED HERETO AS EXHIBIT "A", PROVIDING FOR THE ADOPTION OF REPRESENTATIONS; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, John Ibarra, a professional land surveyor with John Ibarra and Associates, Inc., has reviewed the subject Final Plat for compliance with Section 177.081(1), Florida Statues, and Chapter 28, Subdivisions of the Miami-Dade County Code, on behalf of the City of Miami Gardens, and WHEREAS, the Final Plat has also been reviewed by Planning and Zoning staff for compliance with the City's Land Development Regulations, and WHEREAS, once approval by the City Council is granted, the Final Plat shall be reviewed and approved by Miami-Dade County Plat Committee and subsequently recorded in the Official Records of Miami-Dade County, and WHEREAS, the Final Plat approval and subsequent recordation of the Final Plat by Miami-Dade County will authorize the City to issue a final Certificate of Occupancy for the proposed development of the property, to include twenty-four townhomes, and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI GARDENS, FLORIDA AS FOLLOWS: Section 1 : ADOPTION OF REPRESENTATIONS: The foregoing Whereas paragraphs are hereby ratified and confirmed as being true, and the same are hereby made a specific part of this Resolution. Section 2: AUTHORIZATION: The City Council of the City of Miami Gardens hereby approves the Venetian Palm Final Plat for the property generally located at NW 159" Street and between NW 45th Avenue and NW 47th Avenue and South of NW 159th Street, attached hereto as Exhibit "A." Section 3: EFFECTIVE DATE: This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its final passage.
