A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI GARDENS, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE TURNPIKE
DISTRIBUTION CENTER WEST FINAL PLAT, THE PROPERTY
GENERALLY LOCATED AT 3900 NW 215TH STREET, MIAMI
GARDENS, FLORIDA 33055, ATTACHED HERETO AS EXHIBIT
"A"; PROVIDING FOR THE ADOPTION OF
REPRESENTATIONS; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the applicant, MG Westside LLC, has obtained Tentative Plat
approval from Miami-Dade County to replat approximately 95.6 acres of vacant land
located at 3900 NW 215th Street, consisting of Folio No. 34-1132-001-0010 and 34-
1132-001-0015, and
WHEREAS, Article VII - Plats, Subdivisions, Excavations, Address Assignment of
the City of Miami Gardens Land Development Code requires Final Plat approval be
granted by the City prior to recordation by Miami-Dade County, and
WHEREAS, the Final Plat for "Turnpike Distribution Center WEST" has been
reviewed by the Planning and Zoning Department staff and by the Surveyor John Ibarra
of John Ibarra and Associates, Inc., as shown in Exhibit "A" and has been determined to
be in compliance with the City's Land Development Regulations (LDR) and Section
177.081(1) — Platting Dedication and Approval of Florida Statues, and
WHEREAS, after approval by the City Council is granted, the Final Plat shown in
Exhibit "B" will be reviewed and approved by the Miami-Dade County Plat Committee
and subsequently recorded in the Official Records of Miami-Dade County, and
WHEREAS, Staff recommends that the City Council approve the Turnpike
Distribution Center WEST Final Plat,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI GARDENS, FLORIDA AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: ADOPTION OF REPRESENTATIONS: The foregoing Whereas
paragraphs are hereby ratified and confirmed as being true, and the same are hereby
made a specific part of this Resolution.
Section 2: AUTHORIZATION: The City Council of the City of Miami Gardens
hereby approves the Turnpike Distribution Center West Final Plat, the property
generally located at 3900 N.W. 215th Street, Miami Gardens, Florida 33055, attached
hereto as Exhibit "A".
Section 3: EFFECTIVE DATE: This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon its final passage.

GARDENS AT ITS VIRTUAL SPECIAL MEETING HELD FN OCTOBER 14, 2020.
